I'm fond of small, quirky, specialised shops struggling against a tide of bland, character redundant chains. This one is called Postcard Teas, located in London, Dering Street, and his owner, Timothy d'Offay, is a dealer in rare and fine teas which he has sourced from all over the world. Moreover... Not only this tiny minimalist shop has a shelf of beautifully packaged teas but there's another fascinating twist that gives me interest: Timothy d'Offay is a fanatical postcard collector.
